IMAGES prefers appointments! We gladly accept walk-ins! 

To help ensure a healthy and safe environment for our staff and customers, Images has implemented the following procedures:

• Parties will be limited to the Prom/Formal customer plus 4 guests for a total of 5.  

• A limit of 6 gowns per appointment for try on.

• ​Our shop and gowns are cleaned and disinfected between appointments.

PROM LAYAWAY

Want It?   Love It?   Got to have it?

Well, now you can! Images has you covered with our layaway program that works for just about any girl!

Here's How it Works:

1. Make a deposit of 30% of the total price of the gown (can include jewelry, shoes, and other accessories).

2. Pay the remaining balance in installments within 90 days or prior to your event (whichever is first).

Layaway Terms & Conditions:

• 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the gown, remove it from inventory, and remove it from the sales floor.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 90 calendar days of purchase or prior to your event (whichever is first) from the time the original deposit is made.

• A payment must be made every 30 days.

• Late payment fee of $10.00 will be charged if monthly payment is not received on time.

• Failure to pay the balance within the 90 days, or prior to your event, will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit and any payments made.  Gown (and accessories, if purchased) will be returned to the sales floor.

• Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges or credits on items purchased in-store or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final.
 

CONSIGN A GOWN

Images is no longer consigning gowns. 

CREDIT CARD CONVIENCE FEE

As of October 2021, Images is charging a 3.5% Credit Card Convience Fee.  This fee will be added to your invoice after tax.

RETURN POLICY

We are a specialty shop not a big retail store.  Therefore, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns.
