IMAGES prefers appointments! We also accept walk-ins! 

To help ensure a healthy and safe environment for our staff and customers, Images has implemented the following procedures.

We have developed the following protocol for our shop which will remain in effect until further notice:

• Our shop and gowns tried on are cleaned and disinfected between appointments.

​

CUSTOMERS:​

• Parties will be limited to the Prom/Formal customer plus 2 guest (total of 3).  

• A limit of 6 gowns per appointment for try on.

PROM LAYAWAY

Want It?   Love It?   Got to have it?

Well, now you can! Images has you covered with our layaway program that works for just about any girl!

Here's How it Works:

1. Make a deposit of 50% of the total price of the gown (can include jewelry, shoes, and other accessories).

2. Pay the remaining balance in installments within 120 days or prior to your event (whichever is first).

Layaway Terms & Conditions:

• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the gown, remove it from inventory, and remove it from the sales floor.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 90 calendar days of purchase or prior to your event (whichever is first) from the time the original deposit is made.

• A payment must be made every 30 days.

• Late payment fee of $10.00 will be charged if monthly payment is not received on time.

• Failure to pay the balance within the 120 days, or prior to your event, will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit and any payments made.  Gown (and accessories, if purchased) will be returned to the sales floor.

• Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges or credits on items purchased in-store or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final.
 

CONSIGN A GOWN

Images starts accepting consignment gowns in December.  The annual Consignment Sale runs from the beginning of January to  the end of April.

HOW IT WORKS

Gowns purchased at Images:

​

Consignor pays Images a non-refundable display fee of $20.00 cash only per gown.  (This category is for those gowns purchased by original owner at Images and does not include gowns purchased in our consignment sale.)

Gowns not purchased at Images:

​

Consignor pay Images a non-refundable display fee of $20.00 cash only per gown.

• No gown will be accepted without display fee. You must pay cash.  No debit or credit cards accepted.

​

• Download the Consignment Form & Contract.  Fill them out and bring them with your gown.

​

• Once your gown has been accepted, it is placed on Images showroom floor for the months of January through mid-April.

​

• If the consignor’s gown sells, the consignor will receive a call to pick up a check.

​

Gowns purchased at Images:

​

The consignor pays Images 20% of total sale for selling your gown. The consignor receives 80% of sale.

Gowns not purchased at Images:

​

The consignor pays Images 25% of total sale for selling your gown.  The consignor receives 75% of sale.

• The consignor determines the selling price of gown.

• Once your gown is consigned, it must remain with Images for the duration of the sale (i.e. until May 5, 2024).  Any gown removed prior to May 5, 2024, the consignor agrees to pay Images the seller’s fee.

CREDIT CARD CONVIENCE FEE

As of October 2021, Images is charging a 3.3% Credit Card Convience Fee.  This fee will be added to your invoice after tax.
